📍 Headsup (a US-based startup specializing in SaaS Go-To-Market (GTM) solutions)
In this role, I worked closely with cross-functional teams, including the founders, engineers, product, marketing, and customer success teams. Together, we aimed to revolutionize the Saas GTM landscape by enhancing lead prioritization, identifying expansion opportunities, and mitigating churn risks. I also collaborated with POC customers, including Dialpad, Matillion, and Contentful, to validate our solutions.
- I played a pivotal role in developing and maintaining the design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency in design work.
- My responsibilities included improving the user interface (UI) and establishing strong UX foundations to support the ongoing growth of our product.
- I ran cross-functional processes to foster collaborative and efficient workflows between product design and engineering teams.
